Building the Community Education System
Community Learning Centres are designed to provide supplementary, community-based educational support through alternative pedagogical approaches. These centres complement the formal education system by engaging children in creative learning activities that promote cognitive development, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. At the same time, they foster socio-culturally rooted learning, helping children build confidence and strengthen their psychosocial well-being.
The initiative which has been financially supported by Samatvam Trust has been implemented through 20 Community Learning Centres in Barabanki district, Uttar Pradesh
Sky for All: A Community Planetarium Experience
Boundless Sky – A Sky Tour is a joint initiative of the Tamil Nadu Science Forum (TNSF) and Samatvam Trust aimed at popularizing astronomy among students, teachers, and the general public across Tamil Nadu. Recognizing astronomy as both the oldest and one of the most engaging branches of science, the program seeks to inspire curiosity, promote scientific thinking, and foster a sense of unity and perspective through understanding the universe.

Innovative Educators Program
The Eklavya Foundation, with support from the Samatvam Trust, piloted a certificate course in Education for Dialogue, Maitri and Justice and Emotions in Learning in response to the urgent need to integrate dialogue, justice, fraternity (Maitri), and emotional awareness into education.
The course aimed to situate these ideas within the Indian social context while equipping participants with practical tools to foster safe, empathetic, and inclusive learning spaces.
