Akshya Pratisthan is a Delhi based NGO which focuses on providing inclusive education to children.
What began in a small tent with just 30 children in the year 1987 is now an institution with 400 children.
The aim of this organization is to motivate children and equip them with skills to integrate them into the mainstream society.
This institution caters to children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds as well as those with special needs.
Funded largely through private sources, the school equips its student body with a range of academic and vocational skills to prepare them for adulthood.
Samatvam Trust donated Rs 5 lakhs to Akshya Pratisthan. Our funding is focused on improving the quality of education by supporting, hiring and retaining qualified teachers for the students.
